Purley Leisure Centre is an essential facility for our borough. Families, schools, community groups and people of all ages use it to keep fit and healthy. It's an invaluable place to catch up with others and serves as a community hub - this is crucial for both physical and mental wellbeing.

Margaret Bird is honoured to have been elected as the Conservative Councillor in the new ward of Old Coulsdon having represented Coulsdon East since 2014 , She has lived in Old Coulsdon for over 38 years.
Nikhil Sherine Thampi has always enjoyed getting stuck in to his local community, being a member of East Coulsdon Residents Association, and the former Chairman of Cane Hill Park Residents Association.
Margaret and Nikhil work hard to make sure Old Coulsdon gets the representation it deserves in the Town Hall, standing up for residents all over Old Coulsdon.
Many residents (including me!) are frustrated at the fact that the LED 'countdown' display showing live bus times at Bus Stop J (outside Card Factory / Coughlans / Caffe Nero) has been out of action for many weeks now. I have been talking with TfL and they have provided me with the response below.
