I have become concerned as of late at the recent increase in house of multiple occupancy (HMO) applications in Purley & Woodcote. Another one has come in for an 8-bedroom, 13-person HMO at 48 Brighton Road. The application reference number is 25/00069/FUL and is currently a single dwellinghouse.
I intend to object and refer this application as I do not think this application is in our wider community's interest.
