The Croydon's library service is currently consulting on major proposals which will transform the way in which services are delivered across the borough.
It is proposed that Purley's library should be re-purposed as a combined library and community hub, and the workshop was convened to come up with a set of ideas on how this might work, which other organisations might be involved, what other services might be offered from the library and so on.
Lots of good ideas were generated and these will all feed into the eventual outcome of the consultation.
The consultation is open until 18 April 2024, so please complete the online survey which is available via the QR code in one of the attached images, or you can request a paper copy of the survey by email to [email protected]
There will be another consultation exercise at Purley library CR8 3YH on Tuesday 9 April 11:00-1230pm, so please drop in and have your say.
