Maggie's garden in Norbury

I did a walk around in Norbury with Councillor Scott Roche to look at the good work being done by Litter Free Norbury and to see how the Council can support their efforts. On the way we admired Maggie's Garden on what was once a derelict piece of ground. The garden is a tribute to the long serving Councillor, the late Maggie Mansell.
