It was good to attend a couple of Local Community Partnership Meetings. Despite all the challenges that are are facing, I am pleased to see Active Citizens, Voluntary and Community Sector organisations, Council, Health and other statutory colleagues continue to come together to strengthen their partnership working and make Local Community Plans in the key areas that have been identified by those who live and work in the the Borough. The amazing resolve and commitment of all Local Community Partnership members, together with the passion, local knowledge and experience continue to drive the work forward, creating safer, healthier and happier communities for all.
I look forward to seeing these partnerships develop.
