Decision at last on backland development 20 Rockhampton road

An application to build a two bedroom house in the back garden of 20 Rockhampton road lodged in 2021 has at last been decided. I objected to this application that would have impacted negatively on neighbours has been refused permission. I was pleased to see this application refused under delegated powers under the new Conservative Administration
