Many residents (including me!) are frustrated at the fact that the LED 'countdown' display showing live bus times at Bus Stop J (outside Card Factory / Coughlans / Caffe Nero) has been out of action for many weeks now. I have been talking with TfL and they have provided me with the response below. I shall continue to pester until it is fixed, but residents may like to know that live bus times for this stop can be seen using this link: https://tfl.gov.uk/bus/stop/490005637N1/coulsdon-town-station
