Last night we spoke to many residents in Vita Apartments and we were told about a number of recurring issues in the building. Most prominent among them the recurring problems with the lifts.
While it may be understandable that they will break from time to time, the frequency and the length of time to organise repairs should not be tolerated.
Whilst many in the block may be contacting the management company individually, nothing helps speed up resolution better than a residents’ association. We therefore suggested that they consider setting up a residents’ group so that they can more easily organise to liaise with the management company over issues affecting all residents.
We have a great deal of experience in this area, and so we’ve invited residents to a meeting with local councillors to discuss what the benefits are of setting one up and how they might go about doing it.
If you would like to attend, come along to the foyer of Vita Apartments at 7pm on Monday 30th April.
