This evening I attended the Scrutiny Streets and Environment Sub-Committee. 

Main items were Budget scrutiny for my portfolio, and proposed changes going forward.

13-person HMO proposed - 48 Brighton Road

I have become concerned as of late at the recent increase in house of multiple occupancy (HMO) applications in Purley & Woodcote. Another one has come in for an 8-bedroom, 13-person HMO at 48 Brighton Road.
