Planning Application referred 17 Croham Mount

Following serious concerns raised by local residents over a long period I have referred the retrospective planning application for 17 Croham Mount.

Following a number of visits from Planning Enforcement as work continued without the benefit of planning permission a retrospective planning application has come forward.

This will now be heard by Planning Committee following my referral if the recommendation from planning officers is for approval.

Update on Coulsdon Town Bus Stop Display

Many residents (including me!) are frustrated at the fact that the LED 'countdown' display showing live bus times at Bus Stop J (outside Card Factory / Coughlans / Caffe Nero) has been out of action for many weeks now. I have been talking with TfL and they have provided me with the response below.
