Maria Caulfield MP - Marks Autism Awareness Week

Maria Caulfield MP, Minister for Mental Health, visited SLAM to mark Autism Awareness Week.

"She met our experts from our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service team to talk about our leading diagnostic services for children with autism, as well as our adult autism team and service users to talk about their experiences of being diagnosed and living with autism. The new Pears Maudsley Centre for Children and Young People, under construction on our Maudsley Hospital campus, has been designed to turbocharge research into autism and to develop new treatments and models of care."
