Farley Road road works

Farley Road is blocked just to the Selsdon (Southern) side of the junction with Queenhill Road. This is due to work by contractors working for Thames Water repairing a damaged sewer. Your councillors were not warned in advance so this is presumably emergency work.

I have spoken to the contractors at the site and the estimate for this work to be completed is 29th November 2023. There is a road sign elsewhere quoting 5th December 2023, which may indicate that there will be further work required after Thames Water have completed their repair.
