We’re delighted to report that a lease has been signed and building works have begun on the long-awaited Banking Hub for Coulsdon.
The Hub is the result of local representatives (Chris Philp MP, Mayor Jason Perry, RAs and your local Councillors) working together over a number of months.
So where is the Hub? Fit out work starts this week on the site at 152 Brighton Road, Coulsdon which is behind Park & Bailey estate agents and opposite Tesco Express. The Hub will be a fantastic addition to the High Street both for residents and local businesses.
Cash is still important to Coulsdon residents, many relying on cash in their day-to-day lives.
The Banking Hub will offer easy access to face-to-face cash and banking services. It will have a counter service available to all customers, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You will be able to:
- pay in cash and cheques
- withdraw cash
- check balances
- pay utility bills
- top up gas and electricity
- access change-giving services (for small businesses)
