In October, Cllr Kolade and I spent an evening knocking on doors to talk to residents in Oaklands. Oaklands is a lovely estate nestled between Hayes Lane and Park Road. We picked up several items of case work which are progressing through housing repairs.
One of the issues raised was broken concrete steps leading up to the gardens from the flats which had become dangerous and unusable for several months. We engaged with the housing repairs team and the steps were fixed in December. A good result.
