I regularly drive through the pedestrian crossing outside Coulsdon South station. On a number of occasions the crossing's lights have turned red without any evidence of pedestrians crossing. If this happens a few times, maybe I've missed a pedestrian but when it happens repeatedly maybe there's something going wrong! TfL have now investigated and the lights were indeed turning red without any human contact. A temporary fix has been implemented which will prevent unnecessary delays to motorists in the future and I look forward to a permanent fix to this problem.
