East Coulsdon Residents' Association (ECRA) had asked for a replacement seat at the junction of Smitham Downs Road and The Drive as the previous seat had been damaged in a road accident. Funding was sought from Councillors' Community Ward Budgets. The new seat now takes pride of place and we hope that passers by will benefit from this. As the seat is situated on the Coulsdon Town/Purley & Woodcote border, joint funding was provided from Councillors budgets just before the Ward Budgets were frozen.
