Labour Bankrupt Croydon

Perverse isn't it? You can't be a Councillor if you're a bankrupt but if you're a Labour Councillor in Croydon responsible for bankrupting our town you can continue to be a Cabinet member and continue to claim allowances as Croydon's vulnerable suffer.
