Selsdon Vale and Forestdale Councillors Stuart Millson and Andy Stranack joined with members of Lighthouse Church and local residents to clean up Forestdale last Saturday (31st Oct) morning. The event was supported by the Council's Street Champion team who made sure that the event was COVID compliant and supplied litter pickers, bags, gloves and high vis jackets to all the volunteers.
Stuart commented:-
"It was a really wet morning and the last opportunity to get out and about before lockdown. It was great to partner up with the Innovate:Lighthouse and local residents to clean up Forestdale. Despite the weather nearly 20 people were out tidying up the local area."
