Another beautiful Cherry Tree has been lost in Purley Oaks Road. This time in the rain and storm last night. It has fallen across the driveway of a property but it appears to have caused little damage. I have reported it to the council and hope it will quickly be removed. I am hoping that the ten cherry trees in Purley Oaks Road will be replaced. I have been reporting them as they have gradually been lost for numerous reasons. One was knocked down by a van and one was lost through old age. They are so pretty in the Spring and form a wonderful tree line on the way to Purley Oaks Station.
