This morning Cllr. Andy Stranack (Shadow Cabinet Member for Safer Croydon and Communities) visited Croydon Voluntary Action to sign the book of remembrance for Sgt. Ratana who was shot and killed at Windmill Road Custody centre a week ago today. Cllr. Stranack joined with the Mayor of Croydon and other political and community leaders, in a minutes silence to remember Sgt. Ratana and his friends and family.
