Attended a virtual meeting run by the contractor developing Lion Green Road car park on behalf of Brick x Brick. The programme of works looks like this:
4th September 2020 - site possession
Jan 2021 - Car park completion
Early 2021 - Concrete frame works to commence
Mid 2021 - Facade works to commence
Late 2021 - Internal works to residential blocks to commence
Q1 2022 - External landscaping
Practical completion on 18th November
The contractor will be sending out monthly newsletters to keep local residents and businesses informed about progress and upcoming works
