Recently I have attended walkabouts with the assigned tenancy officer to 3 Council sites in Old Coulsdon, Tollers Estate, Parsons Pightle and the extra care facility at Toldene Court. I have regularly undertaken these for the last 10 years and change is happening following the appointment of new contractors for repairs.
