For the first time on 5 years, my waste food bin disappeared at the end of a scheduled collection day, so I reported its loss via the website: https://www.croydon.gov.uk/rubbish-bins/order-rubbish-bin
I received an email acknowledgement and I'm delighted to report that a new one was delivered less than two weeks later.. Congratulations to the relevant department. :-)
