16th Purley Scout Group once again run the Gruffy Fayre on Saturday, 10 June 2023.  Although many locals don’t realise it, the Scout group has been running the fair for 50 years! I enjoyed a delicious burger from Bashfords butchers in Elmfield Way and of course a lovely ice cream on what proved to be a perfect day.  Well done everyone. We always work very closely with the Sanderstead Residents' Association to help with issues raised on the stand by local residents.
