Missed Bin Collections Process Meeting

It is no surprise, but missed bin collections is an issue which many residents are concerned about, and is very visual when it is an issue for a street. 

I have been informed of the issues which many residents encounter when it comes to reporting such issues, at the moment there is a 2 day lockout period. I am looking into this, and will be identifying this with the new contract process which is starting in spring 2023. 

I will be meeting Veolia crew members next week, so I will raise this with them as well, to understand what this issue is like from the management and crew level as well. 

This is an ongoing review process, but please do let me know if you encounter issues, and I will add it to my case study list.
