Friends of Westow Park Meeting

Westow Park

Today I had a walkaround with members of Friends of Westow Park, sadly this group were not active, but after enquiring I am hopeful they will reactivate again for the good of the local community. 

They were frustrated with the previous administration not listening to their concerns. 

We discussed a number of issues such as grass cutting, and the playground maintenance to name a few. 

I am lucky to live next to this park, so I was happy to see that a passionate group of volunteers care for the area, and I will of course work with them as much as I can.
