It was good to talk to the Directors and design team at Birch about their exciting plans for the Selsdon Park Hotel. The hotel will offer 181 bedrooms, a lido, a wellness space, two restaurants, three bars, a co-working hub, activity studios and several communal spaces. They also intend to offer art studios, an arcade, and a kids’ club, as well as running and cycling trails in the grounds. A top chef is to be brought on board with an emphasis on using home grown produce. They envisage opening in the spring I wish them all the success in their new venture.
