Local residents have made me aware of a number of trees that have been cut down on the western side of the Lion Green Road development.
The trees, that have clearly been there for many years, shielded many residents on Chipstead Valley Road from having to see the development and crucially stopped those living in it from looking down into adjacent gardens.
I have lodged a request with the relevant Council department and will revert as soon as I have more information.
