As a local councillor, I find it immensely depressing that a few local residents wantonly degrade the appearance of THEIR local streets by flytipping, and particularly when it's large items like a bed. The Council offers a removal service for large items, so there's absolutely no excuse for this anti-social behaviour. The link is here:

I reported the flytip of half a bed on Purley's High Street a couple of days ago, and I'm delighted to report that it's just been removed, so PLEASE use this service as often as necessary to keep our streets clean and tidy. The LoveCleanStreets app can easily be downloaded for any smartphone.
