About 30 planning applications have been lodged for new developments in Foxley Lane just since 2018, and two more have recently appeared.
There's a proposal for 4 new flats and 5 new houses to occupy an L-shaped piece of back garden land at 107 & r/o 109 Foxley Lane ( ref: 22/04037/FUL), and there's another iteration of a proposal to replace 176 & 178 Foxley Lane by 8 semi-detached houses (ref: 22/02639/OUT).
