28 The Woodfields - Access Via Sanderstead Hill

We have had a number of problems with the developers accessing the development site, 28 The Woodfields, via Sanderstead Hill.  Heavy plant and matrials have been taken in via the hill and the council wrought iron fence was cut back.  Now that the developer has installed a wood fence around the perimeter I have asked that the council fence be reinstated.  Access was never permitted via Sanderstead Hill.
