Thank you to all who objected to the application for 8 flats at 25 The Grove, Coulsdon that went before this week's Planning Committee.
Despite very strong representations, the application was approved with four Committee members voting in favour (Labour) and four against (Conservative). It was passed on the Chairman's casting vote. So near but yet so far. We live to fight another day!
