I was pleased to join some Purley residents this afternoon at a social gathering in the church hall. It's all very informal - just the opportunity for local residents to get together for a cup of tea and a chat, or perhaps a quiz, or whatever specific activity has been arranged.
It now runs every Friday afternoon 2:00-4:00pm so if you're free and interested, please just turn up at St Mark's church hall, Church Road Purley, and the vicar Rev Fiona Weaver and friends will be delighted to welcome you.
