Court Hill, Sanderstead – gas works update

 

I have received the following update regarding the gas pipe replacement project in Court Hill:

Subject: SGN - Update of essential gas works: Court Hill Road area of South Croydon

Good afternoon 

I can confirmed that I’m still pleased to advise that we have completed phase one of our gas works and the road will now be re-opened by the end of Thursday 25 November.

In consultation with Croydon Council we need to replace another section of gas pipe further along Court Hill. To enable these essential works to be carried out, our welfare unit and some equipment will need to remain on site until Thursday 22 December, under a give and take traffic management system.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience these changes may cause and thank the local community for their patience and understanding, enabling us to carry out this essential work.
