Coulsdon Councillors were advised late of the closure of Lion Green Road to facilitate new service connections for SES Water and SGN. The half term was chosen as the least impactive on the road network and utilities were instructed to work in collaboration to minimise road closures at this location. The road should be clear on Friday 29th October. The signed diversion for displaced traffic is via Farthing Way, Brighton Road, Foxley Lane, Smitham Bottom Lane, Woodcote Grove Road and Lion Green Road.
