Tollers Estate lack of repairs

At Mondays full Council meeting the Cabinet member for Housing maintained she knew nothing about the mould and damp Council tenants are experiencing in their homes on Tollers Estate when I asked what she intended to do .

This is despite numerous emails to officers including the Interim Director of Housing through the members enquiries route we have to supposedly expediate casework.

One of the residents has  again contacted me  as she has still heard nothing  from the Council so today I included her in my chaser.

I am now waiting eagerly for the response and action.
