I have reported the build up of leaves and debris at the bottom of Downsway, which is an extremely steep hill leading to Purley Oaks Road. It is important that this road is kept clear as the drains get blocked and surface water coming down Purley Downs Road Sanderstead Hill on to Purley Oaks Road often ends up flooding the shops at the bottom of the road. Hopefully we will see a road sweeper - I know they are a rare occurrence.
