I am pleased to say that the application No. 20/06469/FUL - 51 The Ridge Way, South Croydon, CR2 0LJ has been refused.
The primary reasons were lack of character, cramped form of overdevelopment which would appear dominant and intrusive. The proposal would result in a sub-standard poor quality accommodation and convoluted and dangerous environment.and have a detrimental impact on the amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent extant permission to the rear of 7-9 Arkwright Road.
