Councillors' Ward Budgets are to remain frozen as a result of the Labour Council's bankruptcy. They will remain frozen for the rest of this financial year. We will continue to push forward efforts to identify other funding sources. In the meantime, community groups continue to suffer as a result of financial mismanagement on an unprecedented scale.
