To facilitate an urgent repair on a collapsed sewer Thames Water has closed Chipstead Valley Road at its junction with Vincent Road. The signed diversion for displaced traffic is via Chipstead Valley Road - Woodcote Grove Road - Little Woodcote Lane - Woodmansterne Lane - Croydon Lane - Winkworth Road - Bolters Lane - Holly Lane - Outwood Lane and reversed for traffic coming in the opposite direction. The works are expected to be completed by 30th August.
