Cllr Steve Hollands and Cllr Margaret Bird and many residents attended the Council's meeting on the proposed changes to the way the libraries are run.
Residents were given an explanation by two of the Council's Officers of the consultation now the closure of 5 libraries was off the table.
The options were to reduce the number of hours libraries across the borough would be open with Bradmore down to 2 days or to outsource to another provider.
Paper copies of both the consultation and the voting form were handed out the residents who wanted them as they did not have access to a computer.
Bradmore Green Library is still not open for browsing only for collection, although most of the other libraries have reopened. The reason given was the size of the building and the need to be able to social distance.
This followed on from the recent GLA mayoral elections when Bradmore library was used as a polling station and 3 electoral officers and members of the public were allowed in the building.
Residents felt it was just an excuse and the decision was predetermined.
The consultation is still open if you wish to participate.
