I went to Atwood House today to speak to the manager about the uncollected food waste and recycling. Nothing has been collected for four weeks despite many emails by the manager and myself reporting the failure. Residents at this property are extremely elderly (living in this supported living building) and have taken some of the paper to relatives houses for recycling. They shouldn't have to do this and I have once again contacted the service to say that the bin store is quite smelly and needs emptying as a matter of urgency.
