Brick by Brick FOI response

Last autumn I was concerned that the assurances which I was being given by the Labour Council about Brick by Brick paying interest/loan repayments sums to the Council weren’t quite right. I therefore lodged a Freedom of Interest enquiry on 22nd September. Last week I received the reply and thought residents may be interested to see it.
