This Thursday we have elections for the Mayor of London and our Assembly Member. You should have received your polling card which will include the address of your polling station. Do check it as we have a couple of changes in our ward.
Voters in POR3 poling district will now be using Purley Bury Bowls Club whose entrance is on Brancaster Lane. This change has been made as it is easier to remain COVID safe at the Bowls Club.
Voters in POR4 will be going to St Edmunds Church Hall in Mitchley Avenue. This was the venue that was used until the recent move to the the tennis club. I suggested that the polling station revert back to St Edmunds as it is more central within the ward and means that those coming from the furthest point have less of a walk down and then back up the hill - especially since it can be so difficult to find a parking spot in Lower Barn Road.

POR1: Christ Church Hall, Brighton Road, Purley, CR8 2BN
POR2: Sanderstead Lawn Tennis Club, Penwortham Road, Sanderstead, CR2 0QS
POR3: Purley Bury Bowls Club, (entrance from Brancaster Lane), 53 Purley Bury Avenue, CR8 1JF
POR4: St Edmund`s Church Hall, Mitchley Avenue, Purley, CR8 1BZ
