Loss of another family home proposed at 29 Harewood rd

 Local residents have contacted me to express their concerns and dismay about planning application 21/00545/FUL at 29 Harewood road. This is yet another family home proposed to be demolished and replaced with a block of flats. I agree with the concerns particularly the negative impact on the neighbours and wider impact on the local area. I have referred this application to Planning Committee.
