A local resident has got in touch with concerns about what they believe to be some worrying incidents at the corner of Tickners Way and Portnalls Road which includes some significant fly-tipping.
I've alerted our excellent local Coulsdon Town Safer Neighbourhood Team police officers for them to investigate.
Please do keep me posted if you have any local concerns or notice anything regarding community safety - I regularly meet with officers and the SNT and I'm more than happy to raise any concerns that you may have.
UPDATE
Local police have now been to the location.
The derelict gatehouse has a metal fence and looks like someone trespassed it. The main building is sealed. Door-to-door enquires to properties opposite were made but local people hadn't seen anything.
Local officers often patrol this area due to past issues, but they assure me that this is not happening at the moment.
