Weeds in Front of Hamsey Green Pond

The weeds on the pavement in front of Hamsey Green pond are now two feet high.  They have been left for so long that they are now flowering and Budlea have taken root.  I have asked the council to clear the weeds and maintain the pathways which haven't been swept for some time.  It is a shame that we are so neglected in the South of the Borough.  Residents are not happy at all.
