Over the past few weeks many residents have been in touch to raise issues around missed waste collections, messy collection, and the lack of information on the Council website about how to report and how to resolve.
I've been working hard with Conservative colleagues to make sure the council are aware that the service received by residents at the moment is not good enough. I've been working with council teams to resolve missed collections and through my role on the homes, environment and streets scrutiny committee I've been able to directly question Veolia on when they will improve their services.
