Local residents have alerted me to torn black bin bags outside the e-cycle shop on Brighton Road.
I have reported this to street cleaning services to get urgently cleared up, and also to our waste management team. They are very experienced in tracking those who have fly-tipped and issuing suitable enforcement proceedings, so hopefully they will be successful in finding who left the bags and ensure they will be deterred from doing it again.
