What a 1st surgery Cllr Nikhil Sherine Thampi and Cllr Margaret Bird had today on Tudor Parade Old Coulsdon following our election less than a month ago!
The sun shone, we had our new A board, everyone we spoke to congratulated us on our election even though we picked up a bundle of casework, all different subjects.
Cllr Margaret Bird said it was her busiest surgery yet in her 8 years of being a Councillor. I hope we manage to get the answers everyone was looking for, We will certainly try!
It was so pleasant to talk to so many happy smiling residents and we were able to watch as the Jubilee flags were being erected on the other side of the road ready for the Jubilee picnic next Saturday June 2nd.
